Free standard shipping is automatically applied when the eligible merchandise subtotal reaches the configured threshold of $100.00 .

The free-shipping calculation is based on the qualifying cart subtotal before shipping charges. Express delivery remains a separate paid option unless expressly stated otherwise.

• No separate free-shipping code is required when the threshold is reached.
• The checkout summary displays whether standard shipping is currently free.
• Promotions or future shipping rules may be adjusted through the site configuration.

Order Processing

Orders normally require processing before they are transferred to a carrier. Estimated shipping times describe the delivery service itself and should not automatically be interpreted as a guaranteed total time from purchase to arrival.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery

Aligna displays a 30-day money-back guarantee . If you wish to request a return, contact the support team within the applicable return period and provide the relevant order details.

A return request is not automatically the same as an approved refund. The team may need to review the order and return circumstances before providing return instructions.
